  1. Great start. I look forward to reading more of your posts. I believe more of a vegan based lifestyle is key to eliminating many ailments people have. Also cutting out any sugars be it from sweets, foods with corn syrup added, white breads and pasta, simple carbs, pop and alcohol all give us too much sugar and gets our bodies more acidic. Add more foods that are alkaline to your diet to balance the acidity I believe will improve many ailments people incur. That’s why more vegetables are key
